Andrew is part of the business development team at Carbon Delta. He previously worked in asset management where he launched the DJSI, and worked with organizations to improve gender equality. Andrew is also a passionate photographer who grew up in the US, Hong Kong and the UK.

Why do you want to work for Carbon Delta?
I want to drive sorely needed change in the financial industry and inform investors about the risks and opportunities of climate change, which will in turn help better allocate capital and protect the environment.
I am part of the business development team for Carbon Delta. I previously worked in asset management where I led sustainability screening for RobecoSAM, supported ESG investing research for pension funds and large asset owners, and launched the 2014 cycle of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices. I also have an in-depth knowledge of gender equality in the workplace through my work certifying organizations through the leading global assessment and business certification for gender equality – EDGE Certification. I am also a passionate photographer. I am British by background but was fortunate enough to grow up in the United States and Hong Kong as well as the United Kingdom.
